Customer Reviews

An excellent book. Whilst there's a lot to take on board in this book and the approach it suggests does take a bit of getting used to whilst you build new habits, if you persevere it really does pay off. My email inbox is routinely kept at zero, I have an overview of all my tasks, I'm less stressed, I'm less anxious, I feel more confident and I'm getting more done. I'm not quite sure how I managed before... Quite simply, what this book has to offer is very effective IF you make the effort.
