This Book Could Help: Rotimi Akinsete in conversation in aide of Mind

Monday 13th May 2019 7pm - 8pm 107 Charing Cross Road Free Event

Hear Wellbeing Director and founder of Black Men on the Couch Rotimi Akinsete demonstrate the importance of opening up the discourse around men's mental health.

Akinsete will articulate why men should make mental health a priority in their lives—why they should preserve it as much as they preserve their physical healthwhether they're struggling with a pre-existing issue or not. Drawing from his new book This Book Could Help (developed in aide of and partnership with mental health charity Mind)Akinsete will share methods on how to accomplish a balanced approach to mental health and defeat the outdated ideas that can stop men from looking after themselves.

Tickets: Please select a donation amount through the Eventbrite box below or reserve a place and make a donation on the door; all proceeds go towards Mind.

Venue: Level 6, Foyles 107 Charing Cross Road
