Foyles Branches, Stock Availability and Instore Customer Orders

You can check stock availability in all our branches online by checking the Click & Collect availability displayed on each product. A green tick means is it is in stock at at least one branch. Click the Buy - Select Store button to see which stores and at what quantity.

If using our Click & Collect order service and we only have one or two copies listed as in stock, we recommend that you wait for your 'dispatch' notification email which will confirm that order is completed or contact the branch directly before travelling to be sure the item is ready.

If emailing us separately (or phoning) please quote either the Order reference from the relevant order or the email address you have as your website username.

Are you an independent publisher or a self-published author wishing to have an item stocked at Foyles? We’d love to hear from you.

To be considered by our Buying team, please prepare a covering letter and Advance Information sheet, and email them to one of the following addresses: (for books, gift items and stationery) (for magazines)


It helps us if you include the item’s subject area in the subject line of your email.


We recommend you do not send proofs, finished copies or any other material unless requested, as we cannot return any unsolicited material.


Please note that due to the high level of submissions to receive, it might take us up to eight weeks to get back to you. Unfortunately, we will not be able to contact you if your submission has not been successful.
